The Lady in the Bay Window: 21 Years of Unexplained Activity | William C. Grave
with William C Grave
A sceptic buys his first home at 19 — then witnesses begin describing the same woman in its bay window. William C. Grave shares 21 years of appearing coins, moving doors, unexplained footage and a mystery that refuses to leave.
ABOUT THIS EPISODE
William C. Grave bought his first home at just 19 years old as a complete sceptic. Before he had even moved in, a friend looked towards the empty property and asked: “Who’s the lady in the bay window?”
More than two decades later, multiple people have independently reported seeing the same elderly woman — grey hair, a dark cardigan, a white blouse and a piercing stare.
In this episode, Greg and Ash explore the extraordinary story behind The Lady in the Bay Window: American one-cent coins that repeatedly appear around the house, a spring-loaded door handle moving by itself, unexplained knocking and tapping during a 24-hour investigation, and footage that appeared to show a woman standing at the window.
The figure even resembled William’s late mother in an old wedding photograph — although William remains careful not to claim that any single event proves the paranormal.
William also shares how his first book raised more than £57,000 for Weston Park Cancer Charity, and discusses the live theatre production, the Beyond the Bay Window podcast, HauntSeek and a new found-footage film deal.
Is this a genuine haunting, coincidence, an unknown physical phenomenon — or something else entirely?

So we sat down, we had a few beers, we'd been
00:00:02.720 --> 00:00:05.500
playing a few hours, and the six of us, remember,
00:00:05.660 --> 00:00:07.620
sat around this board. There's a door to get
00:00:07.620 --> 00:00:09.910
to the bottom of the stairs, there's a door to
00:00:09.910 --> 00:00:12.029
get to the kitchen, which were both closed at
00:00:12.029 --> 00:00:14.369
the time, and then there's this alcove in the
00:00:14.369 --> 00:00:18.800
far corner, and this massive bay window that
00:00:18.800 --> 00:00:21.219
just dominates the front room, like a huge, huge
00:00:21.219 --> 00:00:24.839
bay window. So we're all sat around, we're about
00:00:24.839 --> 00:00:26.820
two hours into the game, maybe two, three hours
00:00:26.820 --> 00:00:31.589
into the game, and one of the guys... I'm looking
00:00:31.589 --> 00:00:33.789
at him. This is the bit I don't get about this
00:00:33.789 --> 00:00:36.149
story. I'm looking at him across the circle from
00:00:36.149 --> 00:00:38.969
me as we're playing. He looks over his shoulder
00:00:39.060 --> 00:00:44.710
and then yelps and like he was petrified of something
00:00:44.710 --> 00:00:48.630
and tumbles towards me across the board, smashing
00:00:48.630 --> 00:00:52.149
everyone's glasses, bottles. He sort of bowled
00:00:52.149 --> 00:00:56.090
past me into the corner and he sat down with
00:00:56.090 --> 00:00:58.590
his back against the wall with his arms tucked
00:00:58.590 --> 00:01:01.939
around his legs. And he was in shock. Something
00:01:01.939 --> 00:01:05.280
had just absolutely petrified him. And he wasn't
00:01:05.280 --> 00:01:07.760
messing about either. This was serious. I was
00:01:07.760 --> 00:01:09.379
trying to talk to him. He couldn't get his words
00:01:09.379 --> 00:01:12.079
out to tell me what had happened. What's happened?
00:01:12.480 --> 00:01:16.060
And he went, did you not see her? I said, see
00:01:16.060 --> 00:01:18.700
who? He went, the lady. There was a lady sat
00:01:18.700 --> 00:01:20.700
on an invisible chair in the corner of the room,
00:01:21.310 --> 00:01:25.099
just staring at me. Hello, Liam. How are you?
00:01:25.120 --> 00:01:27.620
And thank you for joining us on the podcast this
00:01:27.620 --> 00:01:30.659
week. Thank you for having me, guys. Great to
00:01:30.659 --> 00:01:33.650
be here. No, I've been really excited about this
00:01:33.650 --> 00:01:37.030
one Especially after seeing your talk at spook
00:01:37.030 --> 00:01:40.159
and spirit a couple of weeks ago now or three
00:01:40.159 --> 00:01:48.280
weeks ago Yeah, and The story is fascinating
00:01:48.280 --> 00:01:52.280
stories absolutely fascinating. So What we like
00:01:52.280 --> 00:01:55.719
to do is we're when when a guest comes on like
00:01:55.719 --> 00:01:58.980
to sort of have a little bit of history about
00:01:58.980 --> 00:02:02.590
a brief history of you Any sort of paranormal
00:02:02.590 --> 00:02:06.469
bits of growing up and really how you got away
00:02:06.469 --> 00:02:12.349
like to today basically Okay over to you Fantastic.
00:02:12.469 --> 00:02:16.110
Okay. So For those who've read I brought a couple
00:02:16.110 --> 00:02:18.069
of books out in the paranormal world I've ended
00:02:18.069 --> 00:02:20.509
up in the in the mixture of this whole lovable
00:02:20.509 --> 00:02:23.469
paranormal community, which is great. Love it
00:02:23.469 --> 00:02:27.229
but it's kind of taking up my life for the past
00:02:27.229 --> 00:02:30.900
few years and It was Halloween 2023, my first
00:02:30.900 --> 00:02:34.969
book came out, The Lady in the Bay Window. That's
00:02:34.969 --> 00:02:40.310
the book right there. Amazon bestseller. What
00:02:40.310 --> 00:02:45.150
the book was all about was, my mom was very poorly,
00:02:45.569 --> 00:02:47.949
so she had a very rare form of breast cancer,
00:02:47.969 --> 00:02:51.189
bless her. And about two years into her treatments,
00:02:52.689 --> 00:02:54.780
I... I was doing loads of sponsored dog walks
00:02:54.780 --> 00:02:56.319
and doing anything I could just to raise some
00:02:56.319 --> 00:02:58.180
money. I think if you've had anybody in your
00:02:58.180 --> 00:03:00.300
family that's had or been touched by cancer,
00:03:00.759 --> 00:03:02.919
you just try and help out where you can. And
00:03:02.919 --> 00:03:05.020
for me, that was let's try and raise some money
00:03:05.020 --> 00:03:07.689
for Cancer Research UK. So I was doing really
00:03:07.689 --> 00:03:10.870
well. I think I'd raised nigh on 3 ,000 pounds.
00:03:12.370 --> 00:03:15.669
And then I slipped and damaged my knee, ended
00:03:15.669 --> 00:03:19.000
up having a knee operation. And when that happened,
00:03:19.120 --> 00:03:21.379
I got into talking to a couple of my friends,
00:03:22.319 --> 00:03:24.500
one of which who always comes round to my house.
00:03:24.580 --> 00:03:26.400
He used to live here. I'm actually sat in the
00:03:26.400 --> 00:03:30.259
room that he used to rent in my house and he's
00:03:30.259 --> 00:03:33.469
seen this old lady. He's seen the old lady of
00:03:33.469 --> 00:03:35.469
the house. I haven't seen her by the way. There
00:03:35.469 --> 00:03:37.949
have been six different people, seven different
00:03:37.949 --> 00:03:40.189
sightings of this old lady that they all describe
00:03:40.189 --> 00:03:44.189
the same. Sort of 70s, 80 year old, grey, permed
00:03:44.189 --> 00:03:48.270
hair, dark cardigan, white blouse. They all describe
00:03:48.270 --> 00:03:50.189
her the same way in that she's got quite a piercing
00:03:50.189 --> 00:03:54.949
stare and I think the funny thing for me is I
00:03:54.949 --> 00:04:00.199
moved into this house at 19 years old, a fully
00:04:00.199 --> 00:04:02.840
fledged skeptic. Nothing had ever happened to
00:04:02.840 --> 00:04:05.780
me before I moved in here. And the sighting started
00:04:05.780 --> 00:04:08.259
about a week before I moved in. But fast forward
00:04:08.259 --> 00:04:12.379
to 2022, and a friend who lived here for three
00:04:12.379 --> 00:04:16.829
or four years rented a room in his mid 20s. He
00:04:16.829 --> 00:04:19.680
came into the house and said, there's anything
00:04:19.680 --> 00:04:21.459
weird happened lately and that's his first thing
00:04:21.459 --> 00:04:23.040
every time he always comes in the house he says
00:04:23.040 --> 00:04:25.500
anything weird happened anything paranormal because
00:04:25.500 --> 00:04:28.660
things have happened to him here and i started
00:04:28.660 --> 00:04:31.240
telling the story about some american coins that
00:04:31.240 --> 00:04:34.240
we found in the house um over a number of days
00:04:34.240 --> 00:04:37.939
and do you want me to tell you the story yeah
00:04:37.939 --> 00:04:40.120
i'm going to tell you what happened yeah absolutely
00:04:40.410 --> 00:04:46.680
so this was crikey going back like i say to 2022
00:04:47.779 --> 00:04:51.899
It was a normal Friday night in the house. I've
00:04:51.899 --> 00:04:56.389
lived here now 21 years, so what we say, 17 years
00:04:56.389 --> 00:04:59.290
at the time. I've gone to go to bed. I live with
00:04:59.290 --> 00:05:02.430
my wife and son now, but he wasn't born at the
00:05:02.430 --> 00:05:06.810
time. But I'd gone to walk upstairs on that Friday
00:05:06.810 --> 00:05:09.189
night. My wife had just gone to bed. I walked
00:05:09.189 --> 00:05:11.209
in the bedroom, started getting undressed, and
00:05:11.209 --> 00:05:13.949
I looked down and we're quite neat freaks. So
00:05:13.949 --> 00:05:15.610
we don't have anything lying around anywhere.
00:05:16.069 --> 00:05:18.050
and there was something shiny in the middle of
00:05:18.050 --> 00:05:20.829
the carpet, and it caught my eye. So I bent down
00:05:20.829 --> 00:05:24.009
and picked it up, and it was an American one
00:05:24.009 --> 00:05:26.860
cent piece. So I turned it over, looked at the
00:05:26.860 --> 00:05:28.480
date on it, and the only reason I did that is
00:05:28.480 --> 00:05:29.819
because so many things have happened in this
00:05:29.819 --> 00:05:32.420
house that are weird. I document them. I document
00:05:32.420 --> 00:05:34.360
every single thing that happens, times, dates,
00:05:34.620 --> 00:05:37.240
temperatures, what I was doing that day in the
00:05:37.240 --> 00:05:40.620
notes on my phone. And I documented it down,
00:05:42.220 --> 00:05:44.980
put it in my bedside drawer, and I went to bed
00:05:44.980 --> 00:05:47.490
that night, didn't really think much of it. And
00:05:47.490 --> 00:05:49.470
these things can get caught in UK circulation.
00:05:49.509 --> 00:05:51.730
They look very much like pennies. And I'm quite
00:05:51.730 --> 00:05:54.050
a skeptical person. So didn't think much of it.
00:05:54.050 --> 00:05:57.600
Put it in the drawer. That's that. Saturday night.
00:05:57.879 --> 00:05:59.379
Similar sort of thing. My wife's just gone to
00:05:59.379 --> 00:06:01.259
bed just before me. This is the night after the
00:06:01.259 --> 00:06:03.639
first night of finding the coin. I've walked
00:06:03.639 --> 00:06:06.680
into the bedroom and what appeared to be the
00:06:06.680 --> 00:06:08.819
same spot on the floor right in the middle of
00:06:08.819 --> 00:06:11.240
the carpet at my side of the bed was something
00:06:11.240 --> 00:06:13.699
shiny. I went down and picked it up. It's an
00:06:13.699 --> 00:06:15.779
American one cent coin. It's dated the same day,
00:06:15.899 --> 00:06:19.189
2012. And I checked in the top drawer, my sock
00:06:19.189 --> 00:06:20.810
drawer. There weren't any other coins in there.
00:06:20.949 --> 00:06:22.470
I emptied out the socks. There was no more coins
00:06:22.470 --> 00:06:26.629
in there. So I assumed it was the same one. And
00:06:26.629 --> 00:06:28.290
I sort of just said to my wife as I got in bed,
00:06:28.290 --> 00:06:31.730
and I put it back in my bedside drawer, top bedside
00:06:31.730 --> 00:06:34.550
table drawer, and just said to her, that's a
00:06:34.550 --> 00:06:36.129
bit strange. So that's two nights on the bench.
00:06:36.129 --> 00:06:38.870
I found a coin, an American coin on the floor.
00:06:39.170 --> 00:06:43.170
And she's not a practical joker. If anything
00:06:43.170 --> 00:06:45.610
happens in our house, it intrigues me. I go towards
00:06:45.610 --> 00:06:48.910
it. she runs the other way. She's not into the
00:06:48.910 --> 00:06:50.689
spooky things and paranormal things that go on
00:06:50.689 --> 00:06:54.139
in the house. So that's the second night. The
00:06:54.139 --> 00:06:57.579
Sunday night, I was a little bit creeped out
00:06:57.579 --> 00:06:58.779
by it because I thought I don't want this to
00:06:58.779 --> 00:07:00.899
happen again tonight. So I went round the house
00:07:00.899 --> 00:07:03.319
with a Hoover late on on that Sunday night and
00:07:03.319 --> 00:07:05.639
Hoovered everywhere. There's nothing on the carpet
00:07:05.639 --> 00:07:10.490
anywhere. My wife went to bed. I sort of joked
00:07:10.490 --> 00:07:12.089
with her, I hope I don't find a coin in the bedroom
00:07:12.089 --> 00:07:16.019
again. And then... I went up to bed a bit after
00:07:16.019 --> 00:07:17.360
her because I actually stopped up with the dogs
00:07:17.360 --> 00:07:20.480
and watched something on the telly. And probably
00:07:20.480 --> 00:07:23.060
half an hour, maybe an hour, I walked upstairs.
00:07:24.120 --> 00:07:27.939
As I walked up the staircase, in the center of
00:07:27.939 --> 00:07:31.079
the staircase was an American warm sink coin.
00:07:33.800 --> 00:07:35.779
I sort of shook my head, bent down, picked it
00:07:35.779 --> 00:07:39.519
up. You've got to be joking. I walked into the
00:07:39.519 --> 00:07:41.399
bedroom. I looked at the day, it was 2012. I
00:07:41.399 --> 00:07:43.439
checked my drawer. The coin wasn't there. You
00:07:43.439 --> 00:07:46.279
assume it's got to be the same one. And I woke
00:07:46.279 --> 00:07:49.100
my wife up and said, it's happened again. This
00:07:49.100 --> 00:07:51.759
is the third, and she just sort of, she was asleep.
00:07:51.779 --> 00:07:54.379
I'd woke her up, which is not ideal waking your
00:07:54.379 --> 00:07:56.019
wife up to tell that you're finding coins in
00:07:56.019 --> 00:07:59.319
your house. But she sort of snatched it off me
00:07:59.319 --> 00:08:01.939
and said, just give it here. And she took it
00:08:01.939 --> 00:08:03.980
off me and she put it on her bedside table in
00:08:03.980 --> 00:08:07.170
the far side of the bedroom. And I heard the
00:08:07.170 --> 00:08:08.750
clink of the other side. So I know she'd put
00:08:08.750 --> 00:08:12.379
it there. And that night I went to bed Googling
00:08:12.379 --> 00:08:15.040
why am I finding American coins in my house?
00:08:16.170 --> 00:08:18.910
And the general consensus was spiritualist people
00:08:18.910 --> 00:08:21.730
on Google saying, somebody's coming to visit
00:08:21.730 --> 00:08:24.560
you from America. Now the strange thing was,
00:08:24.720 --> 00:08:27.740
and you could say this is just coincidence, again,
00:08:27.980 --> 00:08:31.500
using my logical side of my brain, a friend of
00:08:31.500 --> 00:08:33.200
mine who also used to rent this room that I'm
00:08:33.200 --> 00:08:35.840
in right now, which is now my office, he now
00:08:35.840 --> 00:08:38.860
lives in the States and had done for 10 years
00:08:38.860 --> 00:08:41.389
at this point. And he was coming back the next
00:08:41.389 --> 00:08:45.799
week to visit us for the first time. So again,
00:08:45.960 --> 00:08:48.500
could be coincidence, could be whatever, however
00:08:48.500 --> 00:08:51.600
you want to take that. But things got a little
00:08:51.600 --> 00:08:54.100
bit weirder after this. So that was Friday, Saturday,
00:08:54.179 --> 00:08:58.000
Sunday, I found this coin. On the Monday, I woke
00:08:58.000 --> 00:09:01.399
up out of bed, first thing in the morning, gone
00:09:01.399 --> 00:09:03.299
round the end of the bed and grabbed my towel
00:09:03.299 --> 00:09:05.919
off the radiator. I've not gone anywhere near
00:09:05.919 --> 00:09:07.379
my wife's side of the bed, I've just gone to
00:09:07.379 --> 00:09:09.539
the end of the bed, grabbed the towel, gone into
00:09:09.539 --> 00:09:11.759
the bathroom and I'm having a shower. Now if
00:09:11.759 --> 00:09:14.350
you can imagine our bathroom, it has a a glass
00:09:14.350 --> 00:09:16.649
panel it's a bath with a shower in it and it's
00:09:16.649 --> 00:09:18.590
got a glass panel and there's one door in and
00:09:18.590 --> 00:09:20.850
out of there so it's not a huge bathroom it's
00:09:20.850 --> 00:09:23.250
a three bed semi -detached house it's not a huge
00:09:23.250 --> 00:09:25.690
bathroom you wouldn't know if somebody else was
00:09:25.690 --> 00:09:28.450
in there with you put it that way but i'm having
00:09:28.450 --> 00:09:32.450
a shower i'm washing my hair and i'm genuinely
00:09:32.450 --> 00:09:34.929
i'm thinking about this coin as probably anybody
00:09:34.929 --> 00:09:37.110
would be because it's a bit strange it keeps
00:09:37.110 --> 00:09:40.210
reoccurring and then something hits me on the
00:09:40.210 --> 00:09:42.629
back of the leg on the back of the car but it
00:09:42.629 --> 00:09:45.230
hit me at quite a pace as in like a stinging
00:09:45.230 --> 00:09:48.230
pace and then I heard the noise at the bathtub
00:09:48.230 --> 00:09:50.169
and I knew it was going to be the coin and I
00:09:50.169 --> 00:09:52.029
bent down and picked it up and it was the coin
00:09:52.029 --> 00:09:53.909
somebody had thrown the coin at me in the bath
00:09:54.289 --> 00:09:58.330
but there was nobody in the bathroom now if you've
00:09:58.330 --> 00:10:00.870
read the books which it looks like Ash you might
00:10:00.870 --> 00:10:02.950
be on with it or maybe read a bit of the book
00:10:02.950 --> 00:10:08.379
so far that story is in that book it's near the
00:10:08.379 --> 00:10:10.320
end of the book because this is the reason that
00:10:10.320 --> 00:10:13.419
I wrote the book in the first place because after
00:10:13.419 --> 00:10:15.080
that had happened I ran back into the bedroom
00:10:15.080 --> 00:10:17.639
and said to my wife I was halfway through shampooing
00:10:17.639 --> 00:10:19.899
my hair I was excited that this had happened
00:10:19.899 --> 00:10:22.860
to me and not somebody else and I ran in and
00:10:22.860 --> 00:10:25.279
said I've just had a coin thrown at me in the
00:10:25.279 --> 00:10:28.059
bath it's that one cent American coin I put it
00:10:28.059 --> 00:10:31.279
on my bedside table I took some photos of it
00:10:31.279 --> 00:10:34.879
and I left it there and said don't move it I
00:10:34.879 --> 00:10:36.500
want to know if it moves and I'm just going to
00:10:36.500 --> 00:10:39.700
document if it moves and I had a work call that
00:10:39.700 --> 00:10:41.059
night I had to go back in the shower to finish
00:10:41.059 --> 00:10:43.740
off finish off doing my hair first of all but
00:10:43.740 --> 00:10:47.100
I had a work call after that working from home.
00:10:47.440 --> 00:10:49.740
My wife had gone to work and then I went to make
00:10:49.740 --> 00:10:52.240
a cup of tea downstairs and I phoned my dad to
00:10:52.240 --> 00:10:54.360
tell him what had happened this weekend all over
00:10:54.360 --> 00:10:56.799
the Friday Saturday Sunday one day and he said
00:10:56.799 --> 00:10:59.279
well where's the coin now and so it's upstairs
00:10:59.279 --> 00:11:02.620
on my bedside table so I walked upstairs and
00:11:02.620 --> 00:11:05.100
I'm on the phone to my dad with my right hand
00:11:05.100 --> 00:11:07.700
with my left hand I put my hand on the coin and
00:11:07.700 --> 00:11:09.779
I rolled it off the bedside table, it's like
00:11:09.779 --> 00:11:12.720
a mirrored bedside table and as I rolled it off
00:11:12.720 --> 00:11:15.600
there were two American one -cent coins and I
00:11:15.600 --> 00:11:18.179
know for a fact there were only one when I put
00:11:18.179 --> 00:11:20.750
that there but they were they must have been
00:11:20.750 --> 00:11:23.230
stacked on top of each other or I'd done some
00:11:23.230 --> 00:11:25.350
magic trick without knowing I have no idea but
00:11:25.350 --> 00:11:27.809
there were two coins now in my hand and I told
00:11:27.809 --> 00:11:30.009
my dad this and he said oh you you'll be a millionaire
00:11:30.009 --> 00:11:34.470
if this carries on um if only they were just
00:11:34.470 --> 00:11:38.009
one -cent coins but then Fast forward a week
00:11:38.009 --> 00:11:40.929
later to when my friend is there and I'm telling
00:11:40.929 --> 00:11:43.350
him this story that I've just told you. And I
00:11:43.350 --> 00:11:46.230
can see his face and he's just, he's getting
00:11:46.230 --> 00:11:48.549
paler and paler as I'm telling him the story.
00:11:48.590 --> 00:11:52.330
And I said, what's wrong? Are you okay? And he
00:11:52.330 --> 00:11:55.169
said, when, when did I come to yours last? Now
00:11:55.169 --> 00:11:56.830
the reason he was there on that day, he was fitting
00:11:56.830 --> 00:11:59.570
some lights on my driveway and he'd come round
00:11:59.570 --> 00:12:02.409
to do the second fix. The first fix he was there
00:12:02.409 --> 00:12:05.409
the Sunday before, which was the day before the
00:12:05.409 --> 00:12:09.309
coin got thrown at me in the shower. So as I'm
00:12:09.309 --> 00:12:11.250
sat telling him this, he turns around and says,
00:12:11.649 --> 00:12:14.330
well, if I was here last Sunday, I got home that
00:12:14.330 --> 00:12:16.970
night, I took off my Snickers work trousers and
00:12:16.970 --> 00:12:18.549
other work trousers with the pockets all the
00:12:18.549 --> 00:12:21.009
way down the side. And his wife checked all the
00:12:21.009 --> 00:12:22.190
pockets before she chucked them in the washing
00:12:22.190 --> 00:12:24.870
machine. He's renowned for leaving screws in
00:12:24.870 --> 00:12:28.580
there apparently. And she found one thing in
00:12:28.580 --> 00:12:30.559
one of the pockets and it was an American one
00:12:30.559 --> 00:12:35.440
cent piece. So it tied him into the story to
00:12:35.440 --> 00:12:38.750
the stage where he genuinely said to me, they'd
00:12:38.750 --> 00:12:40.289
better not have followed me home. And he couldn't
00:12:40.289 --> 00:12:42.289
wait to get home to get the coin and bring it
00:12:42.289 --> 00:12:44.990
back to my house. So I've now got the three coins
00:12:44.990 --> 00:12:49.450
at home. But as that all unfolded, I've got another
00:12:49.450 --> 00:12:51.370
friend who sat there sort of gobsmacked listening
00:12:51.370 --> 00:12:53.649
to all this story and just said, he's called
00:12:53.649 --> 00:12:55.750
Ian in the book. I've changed the names of everybody,
00:12:55.990 --> 00:13:00.149
including myself in the book. He just turned
00:13:00.149 --> 00:13:01.970
around and said, you should write about this
00:13:01.970 --> 00:13:05.279
stuff. I'd read it. And that's when I started
00:13:05.279 --> 00:13:08.929
writing that night. And since then I've done
00:13:08.929 --> 00:13:11.929
two books, two audio books myself, learning on
00:13:11.929 --> 00:13:15.529
the job. I did get somebody to produce the second
00:13:15.529 --> 00:13:17.009
one. They were better than me doing the first
00:13:17.009 --> 00:13:21.309
one, to be fair. And yeah, it's just gone from
00:13:21.309 --> 00:13:27.759
there, really. Crazy. That's, it's like, it's
00:13:27.759 --> 00:13:30.019
one of them where I just think there is no explanation
00:13:30.019 --> 00:13:33.690
for that. When you know there's no coin there
00:13:33.690 --> 00:13:37.370
and it's just been something thrown at you, especially.
00:13:37.429 --> 00:13:40.940
Yeah. The thing in the shower for me was absolutely
00:13:40.940 --> 00:13:43.879
fascinating because if you read the book, that
00:13:43.879 --> 00:13:45.860
first book was probably three or four stories
00:13:45.860 --> 00:13:48.980
that are about me. There's 25 stories in there,
00:13:49.000 --> 00:13:51.500
25 true stories about people that have lived
00:13:51.500 --> 00:13:53.080
here, people that have visited here, friends,
00:13:53.159 --> 00:13:58.350
family. And like I say, three or four of them
00:13:58.350 --> 00:14:01.149
are about me. So for something like that of that
00:14:01.149 --> 00:14:04.470
magnitude to happen to me, I was like, yes, it's
00:14:04.470 --> 00:14:07.490
happened to me finally. You talk to other people
00:14:07.490 --> 00:14:09.710
and you think you're mad. doing that but I'm
00:14:09.710 --> 00:14:12.690
really intrigued with what goes on here and I
00:14:12.690 --> 00:14:19.480
want to know what it's all about. I know you're
00:14:19.480 --> 00:14:22.779
excited that something else had happened to you.
00:14:22.820 --> 00:14:26.980
How are you feeling at this point when the first
00:14:26.980 --> 00:14:30.820
night, the second night, the third night, the
00:14:30.820 --> 00:14:34.360
throwing, the second coin and what does your
00:14:34.360 --> 00:14:38.480
wife think about it? Oh she's not a fan. I mentioned
00:14:38.480 --> 00:14:42.309
earlier she genuinely And she's actually sent
00:14:42.309 --> 00:14:44.809
me two different houses today. She sends me houses
00:14:44.809 --> 00:14:47.549
all the time on Facebook. If you look at my chat
00:14:47.549 --> 00:14:49.789
between me and the wife, it's just house, house,
00:14:49.789 --> 00:14:52.250
house, house, house. We have actually looked
00:14:52.250 --> 00:14:56.070
at moving. But the thing is with this house,
00:14:56.090 --> 00:14:59.110
I've lived here 21 years. It is my home. I do
00:14:59.110 --> 00:15:03.190
absolutely love it. We've spent about seven years
00:15:03.190 --> 00:15:06.190
renovating the place in total. So it's our home.
00:15:06.230 --> 00:15:09.720
We've made it a really nice family home. And
00:15:09.720 --> 00:15:14.100
we do love it, but there are times when weird
00:15:14.100 --> 00:15:17.269
stuff happens that, I mean, it's unsettled me
00:15:17.269 --> 00:15:19.009
a few times. There's been some things that have
00:15:19.009 --> 00:15:21.389
unsettled me, but yeah, my wife's a little bit
00:15:21.389 --> 00:15:23.929
more jumpy than me. Like I say, I'll run towards
00:15:23.929 --> 00:15:25.629
it and try and find out what it was, what's going
00:15:25.629 --> 00:15:28.029
on. And sometimes there's a logical explanation
00:15:28.029 --> 00:15:31.539
for things. As you guys all well know, you can
00:15:31.539 --> 00:15:33.519
say, well, actually it could have been there.
00:15:34.809 --> 00:15:36.090
Might not have been, but it could have been.
00:15:36.620 --> 00:15:39.360
But then other times it's blatantly obvious when
00:15:39.360 --> 00:15:41.559
you see something poltergeist activity -wise
00:15:41.559 --> 00:15:44.480
in front of your own eyes that can't happen.
00:15:47.110 --> 00:15:52.480
So have you done any historical research for
00:15:52.480 --> 00:15:55.799
the property itself to see what's been going
00:15:55.799 --> 00:16:00.519
on there? Yes. So after the first book, which
00:16:00.519 --> 00:16:03.240
Ray is now, I must tell you this actually, I
00:16:03.240 --> 00:16:07.210
pledged, we lost my mum back in May 23. And the
00:16:07.210 --> 00:16:09.690
book wasn't launched until October the 31st,
00:16:09.769 --> 00:16:13.370
2023. But I promised my mom in her dying days
00:16:13.370 --> 00:16:15.210
that I'd give all the money from the book to
00:16:15.210 --> 00:16:17.409
a charity of her choice. And it's just raised
00:16:17.409 --> 00:16:21.950
over 57 grand for Western Pied Cancer Charity.
00:16:22.629 --> 00:16:25.629
So it's done very well. But because it's done
00:16:25.629 --> 00:16:28.649
so well, it's gained a bit of a following through
00:16:28.649 --> 00:16:31.779
social media and stuff. And people were messaging
00:16:31.779 --> 00:16:33.480
saying, please write a second book, please write
00:16:33.480 --> 00:16:38.220
a second book. So I did. Now, I've been honest
00:16:38.220 --> 00:16:39.960
with everybody. I've done this book for me and
00:16:39.960 --> 00:16:41.940
my little family because it takes a long time
00:16:41.940 --> 00:16:44.139
to do these things and market them and be your
00:16:44.139 --> 00:16:47.919
own PR person, all that sort of stuff. It takes
00:16:47.919 --> 00:16:50.600
a long time to do it all. So I said, I'll do
00:16:50.600 --> 00:16:52.440
this one, but I'll do it for me and my little
00:16:52.440 --> 00:16:54.159
family. I've got a little boy now. Absolutely,
00:16:54.639 --> 00:16:57.600
absolutely. And the second one's done really,
00:16:57.620 --> 00:17:01.480
really well. But for the second one, a lot of
00:17:01.480 --> 00:17:03.519
people are asking if I could find out more about
00:17:03.519 --> 00:17:05.200
the history. They were intrigued about the story
00:17:05.200 --> 00:17:07.240
of the house and the land it fits on and all
00:17:07.240 --> 00:17:10.509
that sort of stuff. There was a lady called Joanne
00:17:10.509 --> 00:17:14.289
who was just a she was a fan of the first book.
00:17:14.509 --> 00:17:16.769
She got in contact and said, I'm a local historian.
00:17:18.210 --> 00:17:21.289
I have access to local archives, national archives,
00:17:21.509 --> 00:17:23.789
and I'm going to find out every single detail
00:17:23.789 --> 00:17:28.400
about everything in the house, the land. And
00:17:28.400 --> 00:17:31.039
she did. True to a word, really lovely lady.
00:17:31.619 --> 00:17:33.259
He invited her around to the house a couple of
00:17:33.259 --> 00:17:35.460
times. We sat down, we chatted. She was actually
00:17:35.460 --> 00:17:38.960
on Go Some Trend, did a 24 hour investigation
00:17:38.960 --> 00:17:42.619
here. And she was on the video for that. So they
00:17:42.619 --> 00:17:45.299
interviewed her on there. And some of the stuff
00:17:45.299 --> 00:17:48.839
that she found out was amazing. I mean, to this
00:17:48.839 --> 00:17:51.480
day, the detail she found out and photos. Photos
00:17:51.480 --> 00:17:53.299
I can't share with mine because we've still got
00:17:53.299 --> 00:17:57.019
surviving family members and things. But yeah,
00:17:57.039 --> 00:17:58.759
some of the detail that she got that I wasn't
00:17:58.759 --> 00:18:01.259
aware of and local. neighbors that I'd spoken
00:18:01.259 --> 00:18:04.940
to for the first book weren't aware of is unbelievable.
00:18:05.559 --> 00:18:08.740
To this stage she found a pool's win from the
00:18:08.740 --> 00:18:13.279
1970s of like £1 .70 or something that was in
00:18:13.279 --> 00:18:15.920
a local paper of the lady that used to live here.
00:18:16.640 --> 00:18:19.160
Like that's the sort of detail that she gradually
00:18:19.160 --> 00:18:22.400
went into, it's unbelievable. So yes, the second
00:18:22.400 --> 00:18:24.319
book has got a full chapter dedicated to all
00:18:24.319 --> 00:18:26.980
that, lives and deaths and who lived here, what
00:18:26.980 --> 00:18:30.009
years they lived here. all the stuff that we
00:18:30.009 --> 00:18:32.529
wouldn't be able to find out firsthand, or I
00:18:32.529 --> 00:18:39.019
wouldn't. So if we kind of take it back, and
00:18:39.019 --> 00:18:43.579
you mentioned that the first sighting was just
00:18:43.579 --> 00:18:46.180
before you moved in to the property back in other
00:18:46.180 --> 00:18:48.920
years ago. Kind of take us back to the original,
00:18:48.980 --> 00:18:51.839
kind of the origin of the lady in the bay window.
00:18:52.809 --> 00:18:57.039
Yeah, of course I can. So a friend of mine Craig
00:18:57.039 --> 00:18:59.799
who I worked with, a work colleague really, but
00:18:59.799 --> 00:19:02.359
we got on really well and we'd got a Christmas
00:19:02.359 --> 00:19:05.519
do, booked it in the middle of December and I
00:19:05.519 --> 00:19:08.940
just bought my house, this house. I actually
00:19:08.940 --> 00:19:11.279
bought another, this is where Strange Coincidence
00:19:11.279 --> 00:19:13.559
was coming, I actually bought another house and
00:19:13.559 --> 00:19:15.059
it fell through the day before I was supposed
00:19:15.059 --> 00:19:17.700
to be moving in and then this came on the market
00:19:17.700 --> 00:19:22.150
the next day. So I ended up buying this one and
00:19:22.150 --> 00:19:24.230
I'm glad I did now because you'll never find
00:19:24.230 --> 00:19:28.710
another one like it. But about a week before
00:19:28.710 --> 00:19:30.670
I moved in we were due to go on a works Christmas
00:19:30.670 --> 00:19:34.109
do and we were due to go to Hollywood Bowl So
00:19:34.109 --> 00:19:36.529
he was going to pick me up and these this was
00:19:36.529 --> 00:19:38.690
in the days I think I wrote in the book the days
00:19:38.690 --> 00:19:40.789
of fast and furious and people driving folks
00:19:40.789 --> 00:19:43.250
all courses with big wheels and body kits and
00:19:43.250 --> 00:19:46.410
blue lights and all that sort of stuff and I
00:19:46.410 --> 00:19:49.460
have one of them when I turned 17 as well with
00:19:49.460 --> 00:19:53.880
a 1 .2 litre engine in it and It sounded good
00:19:53.910 --> 00:19:58.549
so So yeah these were those days and I was living
00:19:58.549 --> 00:20:01.150
at my mum and dad's time and he pulled up outside
00:20:01.150 --> 00:20:03.289
the house I heard him pull up before I saw him
00:20:03.289 --> 00:20:06.079
out the window and then went out to the car and
00:20:06.079 --> 00:20:08.180
one of the first things he said was I hear you've
00:20:08.180 --> 00:20:10.180
bought a house around here and I went yeah it's
00:20:10.180 --> 00:20:11.460
just around the corner he said well let's go
00:20:11.460 --> 00:20:12.839
and have a look then before we go to Hollywood
00:20:12.839 --> 00:20:15.680
Bowl I'll drive up there you can show me. So
00:20:15.680 --> 00:20:17.420
we drove up to the top of the road now where
00:20:17.420 --> 00:20:22.099
I live it's quite a steep hill and we're sort
00:20:22.099 --> 00:20:24.460
of a few hours down but you have to look up at
00:20:24.460 --> 00:20:27.309
the house so it's although it's a hill going
00:20:27.309 --> 00:20:30.289
down the road, it's quite steep on the left -hand
00:20:30.289 --> 00:20:32.529
side of the road to the right as well, so my
00:20:32.529 --> 00:20:35.470
house sits quite high up off the roadside. So
00:20:35.470 --> 00:20:36.910
he pulls up at the side of the road, and I say,
00:20:37.049 --> 00:20:39.430
it's that one there, buddy, and I'm pointing
00:20:39.430 --> 00:20:42.349
at the house, and he sort of bent over and looked
00:20:42.349 --> 00:20:45.250
up at the house and pointed and said, yeah, it
00:20:45.250 --> 00:20:46.930
looks a nice place, looks a nice place, and then
00:20:46.930 --> 00:20:48.849
he sat back, really nonchalantly, sort of sat
00:20:48.849 --> 00:20:51.150
back into his chair, about to set off and said,
00:20:51.890 --> 00:20:54.650
looks lovely, but who's the lady in the bay window?
00:20:56.369 --> 00:21:00.859
And I kind of went, what? What do you mean? And
00:21:00.859 --> 00:21:03.079
I looked at it, I knew the house was empty. So
00:21:03.079 --> 00:21:05.039
it only had, if I remember right, I think it
00:21:05.039 --> 00:21:07.119
only had two radiators in the house at the time.
00:21:07.539 --> 00:21:10.380
It had no furniture. It had been painted, don't
00:21:10.380 --> 00:21:11.900
remember, it had been painted in a very neutral
00:21:11.900 --> 00:21:14.099
color throughout, but it needed a lot of TLC.
00:21:14.420 --> 00:21:17.970
There were no carpets. It was, yeah, it was in
00:21:17.970 --> 00:21:22.720
a bit of a mess. It needed a lot of work. And
00:21:22.720 --> 00:21:24.440
I knew nobody had been living here for six months.
00:21:24.579 --> 00:21:25.940
And by the way, I'm in the middle of December.
00:21:26.309 --> 00:21:29.549
and he's saying that he can see an old lady stood
00:21:29.549 --> 00:21:32.230
in the top bay window looking out, which is now
00:21:32.230 --> 00:21:37.569
our master bedroom, by the way. So I've looked
00:21:37.569 --> 00:21:39.349
up at the house again, I can't see anything.
00:21:39.890 --> 00:21:42.970
I've looked at him and said, you are looking
00:21:42.970 --> 00:21:44.109
at the right one, aren't you? And I've called
00:21:44.109 --> 00:21:47.109
it number 333 in the book, it's not number 333.
00:21:47.410 --> 00:21:50.099
But I've just said, it's that one there. And
00:21:50.099 --> 00:21:53.339
he says, well, I can still see her. She's looking
00:21:53.339 --> 00:21:55.259
down at us like she doesn't want us to be outside
00:21:55.259 --> 00:22:01.329
the house. And then he drove off. So, I kinda,
00:22:02.109 --> 00:22:06.000
again, I was 19 at the time. I was fully sceptic.
00:22:06.059 --> 00:22:07.960
Nothing's ever happened to me. In those 19 years,
00:22:08.000 --> 00:22:09.660
I've never had any reason to believe in anything
00:22:09.660 --> 00:22:12.819
paranormal or see ghosts or spirits, anything
00:22:12.819 --> 00:22:16.400
like that. But the way that he said it was very
00:22:16.400 --> 00:22:19.140
convincing. And yeah, we used to have a banter
00:22:19.140 --> 00:22:20.720
and things like that, but the way that he said
00:22:20.720 --> 00:22:24.019
it just sounded like he was being serious. So
00:22:24.019 --> 00:22:26.240
I thought, I can't just leave it. I need to ask
00:22:26.240 --> 00:22:28.609
him the question. So I just said, Go on then,
00:22:28.609 --> 00:22:31.109
what did this old lady look like as we were driving
00:22:31.109 --> 00:22:33.470
off and he said, she was probably, I don't know,
00:22:33.569 --> 00:22:36.230
78 year old, gray hair, dark cardigan, white
00:22:36.230 --> 00:22:39.769
blouse, but she had a real piercing stare. And
00:22:39.769 --> 00:22:42.710
he said she had her arms on the very window ledge
00:22:42.710 --> 00:22:48.869
looking sort of peering hours. And that was,
00:22:48.890 --> 00:22:52.180
I didn't think much of it at the time. That was
00:22:52.180 --> 00:22:56.740
the first sighting of this lady at the time.
00:22:59.609 --> 00:23:01.569
Did you think he was taking the piss at that
00:23:01.569 --> 00:23:05.309
point? I probably did more than anything. Yeah,
00:23:05.509 --> 00:23:08.329
but I could I could hear the the tone of his
00:23:08.329 --> 00:23:10.329
voice It didn't sound like he was taking the
00:23:10.329 --> 00:23:13.269
piss really it genuinely at the first I thought
00:23:13.269 --> 00:23:15.230
he was and then I heard the tone of his voice
00:23:15.230 --> 00:23:17.950
and I was like Yeah, all right, whatever, but
00:23:17.950 --> 00:23:19.890
it must have played on my mind for me to ask
00:23:19.890 --> 00:23:22.289
him for me to ask him What she looked like I
00:23:22.289 --> 00:23:25.089
must have been thinking hmm. Is he telling the
00:23:25.089 --> 00:23:29.769
truth or is he not? But yeah, that was the first
00:23:29.769 --> 00:23:32.109
sighting. I suppose what, and this should have
00:23:32.109 --> 00:23:35.009
solidified it, but it didn't. The day that I
00:23:35.009 --> 00:23:36.849
got the keys was about a week, week and a half
00:23:36.849 --> 00:23:39.690
after that. And my fiance at the time didn't
00:23:39.690 --> 00:23:42.869
want to move into the house until we'd got carpets
00:23:42.869 --> 00:23:45.349
and furniture and stuff in there. But being a
00:23:45.349 --> 00:23:47.190
19 -year -old lad and getting the keys to a house
00:23:47.190 --> 00:23:50.500
was like, I'm going there and I'm phoning all
00:23:50.500 --> 00:23:54.839
my mates to come round. So I did. And at the
00:23:54.839 --> 00:23:57.519
time I phoned just five of my mates and said,
00:23:57.769 --> 00:23:59.710
come round, bring some beer, bring a sleeping
00:23:59.710 --> 00:24:02.890
bag, we'll sleep wherever in the house. We'll
00:24:02.890 --> 00:24:05.309
just see the first night in the new house in
00:24:05.309 --> 00:24:09.460
well. When they got to the house, they all walked
00:24:09.460 --> 00:24:11.799
in, beer under one arm, sleeping bag under the
00:24:11.799 --> 00:24:16.569
other, got into the front room. I might have
00:24:16.569 --> 00:24:18.869
told you guys this at the Spook and Spirit Fest
00:24:18.869 --> 00:24:22.289
the other week, but remember when people used
00:24:22.289 --> 00:24:25.250
to paint around rugs in a living room because
00:24:25.250 --> 00:24:29.769
it saved on varnish? So it had a massive rectangle
00:24:29.769 --> 00:24:31.430
in the middle of this living room with the old
00:24:31.430 --> 00:24:36.369
oak floorboards and that really dark, thick varnish
00:24:36.369 --> 00:24:39.170
all the way around it. Like it had been done
00:24:39.170 --> 00:24:41.109
like that for years and years and years but then
00:24:41.109 --> 00:24:44.710
somebody's just taken away the rug. It was not
00:24:44.710 --> 00:24:48.289
very nice, I'll be honest. But we all sat down
00:24:48.289 --> 00:24:51.279
in that front room in that rectangle because
00:24:51.279 --> 00:24:53.180
nobody wanted to sit on that dark varnish that
00:24:53.180 --> 00:24:57.130
looked horrendous. And we started to play Monopoly.
00:24:58.259 --> 00:25:00.099
because I didn't have a TV license and I was
00:25:00.099 --> 00:25:03.059
scared to death to put the telly on. So we sat
00:25:03.059 --> 00:25:05.259
down, we had a few beers, we'd been playing a
00:25:05.259 --> 00:25:08.180
few hours and the six of us, remember, sat around
00:25:08.180 --> 00:25:09.619
this board. The only other thing that was in
00:25:09.619 --> 00:25:13.359
the front room was a tiny Christmas tree. Just
00:25:13.359 --> 00:25:15.059
to say at the mick, I'd bought a tiny little
00:25:15.059 --> 00:25:16.680
twinkling Christmas tree and put it right in
00:25:16.680 --> 00:25:18.539
the corner of the room in this alcove of the
00:25:18.539 --> 00:25:21.910
room. But other than that, there's a door to
00:25:21.910 --> 00:25:24.200
get to the bottom of the stairs, there's a door
00:25:24.200 --> 00:25:26.220
to get to the kitchen, which were both closed
00:25:26.220 --> 00:25:28.650
at the time. and then there's this alcove in
00:25:28.650 --> 00:25:33.240
the far corner, and this massive bay window that
00:25:33.240 --> 00:25:35.660
just dominates the front room, like a huge, huge
00:25:35.660 --> 00:25:39.400
bay window. So we're all sat around about two
00:25:39.400 --> 00:25:41.500
hours into the game, maybe two, three hours into
00:25:41.500 --> 00:25:46.319
the game, and one of the guys, I'm looking at
00:25:46.319 --> 00:25:48.339
him, this is the bit I don't get about this story,
00:25:48.359 --> 00:25:50.779
I'm looking at him across the circle from me
00:25:50.779 --> 00:25:53.420
as we're playing. He looks over his shoulder
00:25:53.509 --> 00:25:58.549
and then yelps and like, like... He was petrified
00:25:58.549 --> 00:26:02.490
of something and tumbles towards me, across the
00:26:02.490 --> 00:26:04.990
board, smashing everyone's glasses, bottles,
00:26:05.589 --> 00:26:09.529
cams everywhere, Monopoly games, screws. I think
00:26:09.529 --> 00:26:13.930
I had hotels on as well as fuming. And he sort
00:26:13.930 --> 00:26:17.009
of bowled past me into the corner and he sat
00:26:17.009 --> 00:26:20.529
down with his back against the wall with his
00:26:20.529 --> 00:26:23.730
arms tucked around his legs. And he was in shock.
00:26:23.950 --> 00:26:26.369
Something had just absolutely petrified him.
00:26:27.940 --> 00:26:30.880
because we're six lads in a room and bear in
00:26:30.880 --> 00:26:33.940
mind this is one of my I've known him since 11
00:26:33.940 --> 00:26:36.859
years old and he was quite a big lad I mean I'm
00:26:36.859 --> 00:26:40.319
six foot four he's quite a big lad like that
00:26:40.319 --> 00:26:42.279
way he's quite stocky you wouldn't mess with
00:26:42.279 --> 00:26:43.940
him put it that way he's not the sort of kid
00:26:43.940 --> 00:26:47.240
to show his emotion like this and he wasn't messing
00:26:47.240 --> 00:26:49.500
about either this was this was serious I was
00:26:49.500 --> 00:26:51.079
trying to talk to him he couldn't get his words
00:26:51.079 --> 00:26:53.430
out to tell me what had happened So I grabbed
00:26:53.430 --> 00:26:55.250
him off the floor in all the commotion, everyone
00:26:55.250 --> 00:26:56.849
happy and blinding, saying, you've just spilled
00:26:56.849 --> 00:26:59.289
your drink and you've ruined the game. And I
00:26:59.289 --> 00:27:01.269
took him into the kitchen and I just stood with
00:27:01.269 --> 00:27:03.569
my arms on his shoulders and just said, what
00:27:03.569 --> 00:27:07.539
happened? And he went, did you not see her? I
00:27:07.539 --> 00:27:10.119
said, see who? He went, the lady. There was a
00:27:10.119 --> 00:27:12.039
lady sat on an invisible chair in the corner
00:27:12.039 --> 00:27:15.599
of the room, just staring at me. And he said
00:27:15.599 --> 00:27:19.309
the words, piercing stare. And at that point,
00:27:19.750 --> 00:27:22.750
this is a week and a half apart. and it's my
00:27:22.750 --> 00:27:26.750
first night in the new house. I still was young
00:27:26.750 --> 00:27:28.589
and naive and didn't put two and two together.
00:27:30.190 --> 00:27:33.029
I still didn't really, I knew what, these people
00:27:33.029 --> 00:27:34.930
didn't know each other either. So Craig was a
00:27:34.930 --> 00:27:37.609
work colleague and Greg, well I've called him
00:27:37.609 --> 00:27:40.349
in the book, was just a friend from school. They
00:27:40.349 --> 00:27:42.539
don't know each other. So there's no way they
00:27:42.539 --> 00:27:46.180
can collaborate stories between each other. But
00:27:46.180 --> 00:27:48.720
I asked him to describe her to me and he described
00:27:48.720 --> 00:27:50.880
it the same way. Dark cardigan, white blouse.
00:27:51.160 --> 00:27:53.319
He could see a full body, so he said she had
00:27:53.319 --> 00:27:57.259
a full sort of black gown sort of dress thing
00:27:57.259 --> 00:28:02.109
on. But she was sat in an invisible chair, apparently
00:28:02.109 --> 00:28:03.910
in the corner of the room behind him. But I was
00:28:03.910 --> 00:28:09.869
facing that corner. I didn't see anything. So,
00:28:10.859 --> 00:28:14.779
I don't know. There are such things as coincidences,
00:28:14.779 --> 00:28:17.519
but they start getting strange when it starts
00:28:17.519 --> 00:28:19.940
getting to one, two, three, four, six people,
00:28:20.380 --> 00:28:22.640
seven sightings. It starts getting a bit weird.
00:28:24.789 --> 00:28:26.769
I mean, there's coincidences and then there's
00:28:26.710 --> 00:28:32.930
seeing an old lady in the room. You can't fake
00:28:33.059 --> 00:28:38.910
the fear that he portrayed then. If he could
00:28:38.910 --> 00:28:42.779
do that on cue, he'd be working in Hollywood.
00:28:44.549 --> 00:28:46.190
It's probably the best way to put it, because
00:28:46.190 --> 00:28:49.049
he couldn't even get his words out. Like I say,
00:28:49.069 --> 00:28:52.299
he was stuttering to get his words out, and I
00:28:52.299 --> 00:28:53.880
had to take him away out of the room for him
00:28:53.880 --> 00:28:59.640
to stutter to me what he'd just seen. sort of
00:28:59.640 --> 00:29:01.740
traumatizing event for him, I suppose, at the
00:29:01.740 --> 00:29:06.470
time. And it's like you said, these events took
00:29:06.470 --> 00:29:10.349
place on separate occasions, that sighting and
00:29:10.349 --> 00:29:12.170
when you first moved in, you were frenzied in
00:29:12.170 --> 00:29:15.460
it. And that was the days before the internet
00:29:15.460 --> 00:29:20.990
properly. Oh yeah, this is 2004. Yeah, so that
00:29:20.990 --> 00:29:24.630
was just on the cusp of social media and everything.
00:29:25.089 --> 00:29:29.170
So it's not like they could have potentially
00:29:29.170 --> 00:29:32.869
seen the same post online? No such thing back
00:29:32.869 --> 00:29:37.720
then for the old people in the house. You take
00:29:37.720 --> 00:29:41.079
it to modern day right now. So after the first
00:29:41.079 --> 00:29:42.920
book had come out and I've written about this
00:29:42.920 --> 00:29:45.160
in the second book, there was a guy contacted
00:29:45.160 --> 00:29:48.940
me on Facebook called David. This was his actual
00:29:48.940 --> 00:29:50.359
name and I asked him if he wanted to use the
00:29:50.359 --> 00:29:53.799
name of the book and he said, yeah. So put him
00:29:53.799 --> 00:29:57.809
in the second book. He had somehow come across
00:29:57.809 --> 00:29:59.809
my book who was in a meeting at work and somebody
00:29:59.809 --> 00:30:01.089
had said, have you heard about that book the
00:30:01.089 --> 00:30:03.630
lady in the window? A few of them had in the
00:30:03.630 --> 00:30:06.670
room and he hadn't and somebody gave him a copy
00:30:06.670 --> 00:30:08.630
of it and he took it home and read it and he
00:30:08.630 --> 00:30:11.069
got to about chapter 10 and he reached out to
00:30:11.069 --> 00:30:13.569
me on Facebook and said I had to reach out to
00:30:13.569 --> 00:30:16.089
you I know you don't say where the house is what
00:30:16.089 --> 00:30:17.930
the address is all this sort of stuff and you've
00:30:17.930 --> 00:30:19.690
changed the names and stuff he said but I know
00:30:19.690 --> 00:30:22.349
which house you're talking about and I've had
00:30:22.349 --> 00:30:24.960
a few people do this on social media trying to
00:30:24.960 --> 00:30:26.519
guess where it is and stuff. And I said, go on
00:30:26.519 --> 00:30:29.099
then, tell me what the address is. And he told
00:30:29.099 --> 00:30:33.390
me. And I was like, okay, how do you know that?
00:30:33.690 --> 00:30:36.109
And he said, I've seen the lady in the bay window
00:30:36.109 --> 00:30:40.579
after she'd passed. And I know who it was. And
00:30:40.579 --> 00:30:45.819
I was like, okay, you've got me attention. We
00:30:45.819 --> 00:30:48.200
need to talk. So I spoke to him on the phone.
00:30:48.579 --> 00:30:51.259
He told me the story. He himself, and I've got
00:30:51.259 --> 00:30:54.599
the interview recorded. which was just unbelievable.
00:30:55.059 --> 00:30:58.339
He sat at my kitchen table with me. For the second
00:30:58.339 --> 00:31:00.059
book, I wanted to write a chapter about this.
00:31:00.960 --> 00:31:02.900
And he told me the whole thing about it. He'd
00:31:02.900 --> 00:31:05.119
basically gone to visit his mom across the road.
00:31:05.180 --> 00:31:07.720
He'd lived there from 1967. He was a small child
00:31:07.720 --> 00:31:10.630
when his family moved in, bang across the road.
00:31:11.930 --> 00:31:15.750
And his mom still had the house in 2020, and
00:31:15.750 --> 00:31:17.970
he'd gone to visit her. Now he couldn't put his
00:31:17.970 --> 00:31:22.910
finger on whether it was 2019 or 2020. It's kind
00:31:22.910 --> 00:31:24.690
of irrelevant, because the lady he was talking
00:31:24.690 --> 00:31:29.500
about died many, many years before. But he was
00:31:29.500 --> 00:31:31.240
stood in the front room talking to his mom. He'd
00:31:31.240 --> 00:31:32.880
gone round to make sure she was OK, because she
00:31:32.880 --> 00:31:35.700
was quite poorly at the time. And he's just,
00:31:35.900 --> 00:31:37.900
middle of the day, he's just looking out of the
00:31:37.900 --> 00:31:39.900
bay window on that side of the road. And he can
00:31:39.900 --> 00:31:42.920
see an old lady looking out the window at the
00:31:42.920 --> 00:31:47.500
top. And she just looks a bit strange to him.
00:31:47.640 --> 00:31:49.519
And she's sort of staring out into space. And
00:31:49.519 --> 00:31:52.980
she's not moved for a long time. And he doesn't
00:31:52.980 --> 00:31:56.160
mention anything to his mom. But about a week
00:31:56.160 --> 00:31:58.200
later, he goes back to visit his mom, because
00:31:58.200 --> 00:32:00.599
she's still very poorly. And he's around at the
00:32:00.599 --> 00:32:02.380
house again. He's just sat in the front room
00:32:02.380 --> 00:32:04.759
with her. And he's talking about families that
00:32:04.759 --> 00:32:06.279
lived on the street when he was growing up. And
00:32:06.279 --> 00:32:08.039
he said, oh, are the Robinson's still next door?
00:32:08.460 --> 00:32:10.160
Oh, are the Egbert's on that side still? Are
00:32:10.160 --> 00:32:13.759
they still there? And the Tomkins, are they still
00:32:13.759 --> 00:32:16.039
across the road? And she said, oh, no, no, no.
00:32:16.539 --> 00:32:20.390
She died years ago. And he kind of was like,
00:32:20.470 --> 00:32:24.109
oh. I saw her. But he didn't tell his mom, because
00:32:24.109 --> 00:32:26.930
his mom was very poor. And he didn't tell anybody
00:32:26.930 --> 00:32:29.759
until he told me. When he reached out and told
00:32:29.759 --> 00:32:32.099
me, because he was a skeptic and didn't want
00:32:32.099 --> 00:32:34.380
people thinking he was nuts that he'd seen a
00:32:34.380 --> 00:32:37.339
ghost. But he knew the lady. He grew up across
00:32:37.339 --> 00:32:41.769
the road from her. So he's a random guy that
00:32:41.769 --> 00:32:45.410
I don't know. He's not a fruit loop in any way,
00:32:45.589 --> 00:32:47.569
shape or form from me speaking to him. He seems
00:32:47.569 --> 00:32:49.589
a very sensible guy. He's worked in education
00:32:49.589 --> 00:32:54.119
for a lot of his life. and transport and all
00:32:54.119 --> 00:32:56.839
sorts of stuff so he was quite a clever bloke
00:32:57.990 --> 00:33:02.200
and he just yeah to hear him tell the story then
00:33:02.200 --> 00:33:04.759
me show him pictures and when he saw one of the
00:33:04.759 --> 00:33:06.660
pictures nearly fall off his chair backwards
00:33:06.660 --> 00:33:10.000
was incredible and i could see it really shook
00:33:10.000 --> 00:33:11.779
him up when i showed him the pictures like that's
00:33:11.779 --> 00:33:14.849
her that's what i saw that's the lady that i
00:33:14.849 --> 00:33:17.930
saw i was like okay yeah well she definitely
00:33:17.930 --> 00:33:22.069
died she's uh she died she died in the house
00:33:22.069 --> 00:33:27.589
so uh yeah So you mentioned that you haven't
00:33:27.589 --> 00:33:35.250
seen the lady yourself. Has your wife seen the
00:33:35.250 --> 00:33:38.069
lady? She's the reason it's six people and seven
00:33:38.069 --> 00:33:41.819
sites and she's seen her twice. So the first
00:33:41.819 --> 00:33:46.970
time she saw her was, in fact, I can tell you
00:33:46.970 --> 00:33:49.269
this, I can do you a little bit of a reveal if
00:33:49.269 --> 00:33:52.069
you like. So my next podcast guest is going to
00:33:52.069 --> 00:33:58.109
be my wife. spent so long asking and asking and
00:33:58.109 --> 00:34:00.109
asking away to say please come on the podcast
00:34:00.109 --> 00:34:01.970
because people want to hear from you because
00:34:01.970 --> 00:34:03.809
you've seen her twice and she's been here for
00:34:03.809 --> 00:34:06.529
a lot of the other incidents as well. She was
00:34:06.529 --> 00:34:08.710
here the first time I saw a Poltergeist activity,
00:34:08.789 --> 00:34:11.460
she sat next to me when it happened and that
00:34:11.460 --> 00:34:15.900
blows my mind to this day but yeah I've been
00:34:15.900 --> 00:34:17.940
begging her to come on the podcast and she is
00:34:17.940 --> 00:34:23.409
so we're filming that tomorrow so yeah that'll
00:34:23.409 --> 00:34:26.110
be that'll be coming soon on Beyond the Bay Window.
00:34:27.420 --> 00:34:29.840
Amazing. Amazing. You just mentioned poltergeist
00:34:29.840 --> 00:34:34.750
activity. Yes Go on. I know a good poltergeist
00:34:34.750 --> 00:34:38.230
Okay, so this was the first time I'd seen it
00:34:38.230 --> 00:34:42.070
with my own eyes But I was I was sat on the sofa
00:34:42.070 --> 00:34:44.869
Next to my wife. We'd had both had long days
00:34:44.869 --> 00:34:47.090
at work and I've literally got a bottle of wine
00:34:47.090 --> 00:34:49.230
and poured us both a glass and we were sat down
00:34:49.230 --> 00:34:52.250
just chatting to each other on the sofa across
00:34:52.250 --> 00:34:54.969
from us on the far side of the room was the telly
00:34:54.969 --> 00:34:57.409
and the door at the bottom of the stairs where
00:34:57.409 --> 00:34:59.110
we've had quite a lot of activity through the
00:34:59.110 --> 00:35:01.469
years with footsteps and shadows going underneath
00:35:01.469 --> 00:35:06.710
and all sorts of stuff but as I'm sat there I
00:35:06.710 --> 00:35:08.829
hear the door handle got quite a creak like a
00:35:08.829 --> 00:35:11.940
squeak to it and I heard it and I looked round
00:35:11.940 --> 00:35:14.219
I could see the door handle coming down spring
00:35:14.219 --> 00:35:17.239
loaded door handle like metal piece about that
00:35:17.239 --> 00:35:19.460
long spring loaded I watched the door handle
00:35:19.460 --> 00:35:22.500
come down and then the door opened about seven
00:35:22.500 --> 00:35:25.199
or eight inches enough for me to be able to see
00:35:25.199 --> 00:35:28.389
into the foot of the Sorry into the cracking
00:35:28.389 --> 00:35:31.030
the door and I sort of put my head around said
00:35:31.030 --> 00:35:35.320
hello, and I'm only I'll be what 10 feet away
00:35:35.320 --> 00:35:39.030
from this and I shouted hello Because I thought
00:35:39.030 --> 00:35:41.250
it's got to be somebody there's got to be somebody
00:35:41.250 --> 00:35:44.170
there and the door handle snapped up and the
00:35:44.170 --> 00:35:46.929
door slammed shut and I jumped up off of the
00:35:46.929 --> 00:35:49.949
sofa faster than Linford Christie these heyday
00:35:49.949 --> 00:35:53.869
and got to the door Open the door check the door
00:35:53.869 --> 00:35:55.809
at the bottom stairs. It's locked. Nobody has
00:35:55.809 --> 00:35:58.150
run upstairs. There's only passage upstairs,
00:35:58.710 --> 00:36:01.920
out the front door. There's nobody there. And
00:36:01.920 --> 00:36:05.739
I stood scratching my head for a good 10 seconds
00:36:05.739 --> 00:36:08.630
thinking, what have I just seen? Have I just
00:36:08.630 --> 00:36:10.550
seen that? And I turned around to my wife and
00:36:10.550 --> 00:36:13.730
said, before you say anything, I need you to
00:36:13.730 --> 00:36:16.269
just tell me in step -by -step what you've just
00:36:16.269 --> 00:36:18.489
seen. So I need to clarify what I've just seen
00:36:18.489 --> 00:36:21.760
in my own head. And she said, the door handle
00:36:21.760 --> 00:36:25.420
came down. The door opened. You said hello. The
00:36:25.420 --> 00:36:27.059
door handle snapped open. The door slammed shut.
00:36:27.300 --> 00:36:33.199
And I went, that's what I saw. Explain that one
00:36:33.199 --> 00:36:35.579
to me. Because I can explain doors opening and
00:36:35.579 --> 00:36:37.460
closing because you can get drafts in houses,
00:36:37.480 --> 00:36:40.760
I get that. You've seen Uncanny with Danny Robbins
00:36:40.760 --> 00:36:44.110
in the wind tunnel. You can get a draft in a
00:36:44.110 --> 00:36:47.409
house, I completely get that. A draft doesn't
00:36:47.409 --> 00:36:51.579
turn the door handle, but spring loaded. Absolutely.
00:36:52.300 --> 00:36:54.679
And that was genuinely, that was a game changer
00:36:54.679 --> 00:36:57.880
for me because I'd seen shadows, heard footsteps,
00:36:58.099 --> 00:37:01.780
heard voices in the house. um but to see something
00:37:01.780 --> 00:37:10.510
physical move was wow yeah a bit crazy so this
00:37:10.510 --> 00:37:17.119
is all happening how so you moved in as a teenager
00:37:17.280 --> 00:37:23.320
and you're now not not no no um it's just me
00:37:23.320 --> 00:37:25.719
we've discussed the age together we have discussed
00:37:25.719 --> 00:37:32.099
ages together um and you've gone You said that
00:37:32.099 --> 00:37:35.280
you'd not really had the paranormal sort of anything
00:37:35.280 --> 00:37:41.260
happen before that time. How has your view on
00:37:41.260 --> 00:37:43.320
the paranormal changed since you've sort of been
00:37:43.320 --> 00:37:47.170
on this journey with the house? Absolutely massively.
00:37:48.550 --> 00:37:52.369
I think if you talk to, even if something hadn't
00:37:52.369 --> 00:37:56.590
happened to me, I think genuinely having friends
00:37:56.590 --> 00:38:00.210
and family that you love and you trust. and having
00:38:00.210 --> 00:38:02.650
them be petrified in your own house and having
00:38:02.650 --> 00:38:04.889
some people that won't, one person that's not
00:38:04.889 --> 00:38:08.269
been back here for nigh on, it must be about
00:38:08.269 --> 00:38:10.530
17 years now since he was scared off out of the
00:38:10.530 --> 00:38:13.469
house and never come back and used to come two
00:38:13.469 --> 00:38:17.030
or three times a week when it was a bit more
00:38:17.030 --> 00:38:21.289
of a lad pad before it was a family home. But
00:38:21.289 --> 00:38:26.590
yeah, I think even just looking at friends and
00:38:26.590 --> 00:38:30.400
family, I would say, there's got to be something
00:38:30.400 --> 00:38:33.400
going on there for so many people to have witnessed
00:38:33.400 --> 00:38:36.119
things and said that things have happened to
00:38:36.119 --> 00:38:38.360
them in the house but then for things to start
00:38:38.360 --> 00:38:42.110
happening to me and for me to witness it and
00:38:42.239 --> 00:38:45.400
yeah I'm not a I'm not gonna sit in front of
00:38:45.400 --> 00:38:48.000
you by the way and say 100 % my house is haunted
00:38:48.000 --> 00:38:51.150
there are ghosts and spirits here because I don't
00:38:51.150 --> 00:38:53.889
think I could that's the logical side of my brain
00:38:53.889 --> 00:38:56.150
I cannot sit here and say that to you 100 % my
00:38:56.150 --> 00:38:58.639
house is haunted there are ghosts here i'm still
00:38:58.639 --> 00:39:01.420
looking for logical explanation to it and somebody
00:39:01.420 --> 00:39:03.400
asked me the other week is it definitely ghosts
00:39:03.400 --> 00:39:06.820
and spirits all that sort of stuff it could be
00:39:06.820 --> 00:39:08.139
something we haven't discovered yet it could
00:39:08.139 --> 00:39:10.980
be an energy that we don't know about yet they're
00:39:10.980 --> 00:39:14.719
still finding many animals and plants and things
00:39:14.719 --> 00:39:17.079
in the sea maybe there's something they've not
00:39:17.079 --> 00:39:20.860
discovered that's going on here that could be
00:39:20.860 --> 00:39:22.500
that could be as logical as saying it's ghosts
00:39:22.500 --> 00:39:25.519
and spirits because i mean there's a there's
00:39:25.519 --> 00:39:30.349
a difference between like having a lady standing
00:39:30.349 --> 00:39:33.769
in the bay window looking down to moving a handle.
00:39:34.190 --> 00:39:36.989
Exactly, and I've not seen the lady. So until
00:39:36.989 --> 00:39:39.929
I see that with my, I think if she walked in
00:39:39.929 --> 00:39:41.449
there, I'm tight in the house now, if she walked
00:39:41.449 --> 00:39:42.989
in there and stood on the camera, I'd probably
00:39:42.989 --> 00:39:44.769
say yes. I literally hope she does because that
00:39:44.769 --> 00:39:49.130
would be amazing content. I have had before,
00:39:49.550 --> 00:39:52.559
I was doing, I can't remember what I was doing,
00:39:52.659 --> 00:39:53.920
I can't remember if it was a podcast or I was
00:39:53.920 --> 00:39:55.599
doing the audiobook, recording the audio, because
00:39:55.599 --> 00:39:58.309
I recorded the audiobook here as well. and I
00:39:58.309 --> 00:40:01.170
got two knocks on the door here next to me. But
00:40:01.170 --> 00:40:02.869
it was the same knock that my wife does when
00:40:02.869 --> 00:40:04.409
she brings, she sometimes brings me a cup of
00:40:04.409 --> 00:40:08.449
tea when I'm working up here. So I kinda got
00:40:08.449 --> 00:40:10.670
up, went to the door, looked out, and it was
00:40:10.670 --> 00:40:14.000
pitch black on the hallway. I was like, that's
00:40:14.000 --> 00:40:17.360
strange. Went downstairs and said, did you? She'd
00:40:17.360 --> 00:40:18.980
been upstairs. She was sat on the sofa, confused,
00:40:19.139 --> 00:40:20.320
anything. I said, did you just be upstairs? She
00:40:20.320 --> 00:40:23.159
went, no. Well, somebody's just come and knocked
00:40:23.159 --> 00:40:26.199
on the door, like you, with like the same knock
00:40:26.199 --> 00:40:30.469
knock. Yeah, there's nobody upstairs. So yeah,
00:40:30.570 --> 00:40:32.469
I have had stuff happen while, while I've been
00:40:32.469 --> 00:40:35.219
doing stuff like this. I'll just kind of say,
00:40:35.840 --> 00:40:38.199
because I know you had a few teams stuff coming,
00:40:38.360 --> 00:40:40.440
mentioned goes with Trent and not the Haunted
00:40:40.440 --> 00:40:42.500
Project. My Haunted Project that was that episode
00:40:42.500 --> 00:40:44.599
of the world trip, they kept them, guys came
00:40:44.599 --> 00:40:48.000
up. So any evidence that these sort of teams
00:40:48.000 --> 00:40:50.360
have captured while staying there or visiting?
00:40:51.949 --> 00:40:55.530
Yeah, so there were a few things. I got on really
00:40:55.530 --> 00:40:58.090
well with the guys from my Haunted Hotel with
00:40:58.090 --> 00:41:02.670
Dan and Harry. And got really well with Paul
00:41:02.670 --> 00:41:05.469
and Mark from Ghosts on Trent as well. And when
00:41:05.469 --> 00:41:07.150
Ghosts on Trent came around, they literally spent
00:41:07.150 --> 00:41:09.869
a full 24 hours here. They were here for a full,
00:41:09.889 --> 00:41:12.789
full 24 hours. I shipped the dogs out to my dad's
00:41:12.789 --> 00:41:16.690
house. My wife moved out with a little one for
00:41:16.690 --> 00:41:19.269
the day. And we spent the day here and we did
00:41:19.269 --> 00:41:22.530
a full investigation. Brilliant. But if you haven't
00:41:22.530 --> 00:41:24.110
seen that, get on YouTube and watch it. They
00:41:24.110 --> 00:41:26.769
were brilliant. And I think the episode did them
00:41:26.769 --> 00:41:28.630
wonders as well. They got loads of views on that.
00:41:31.289 --> 00:41:35.150
So, yeah, evidence -wise on the day, in my head,
00:41:35.690 --> 00:41:37.510
I genuinely turned around to them as they were
00:41:37.510 --> 00:41:40.190
leaving and said, I'm a little bit disappointed
00:41:40.190 --> 00:41:43.260
for you that nothing has happened, that I will
00:41:43.260 --> 00:41:45.400
sit here and tell you that I've been here 21
00:41:45.400 --> 00:41:47.340
years, and yes, I've written two books about
00:41:47.340 --> 00:41:49.619
paranormal experiences, and I've got probably
00:41:49.619 --> 00:41:54.400
nigh on a third book, about half or two -thirds
00:41:54.400 --> 00:41:56.739
of a third book that I could write right now,
00:41:57.239 --> 00:42:00.550
but that's 21 years. So you've got to be very
00:42:00.550 --> 00:42:03.670
lucky to be here when something happens. I did
00:42:03.670 --> 00:42:05.250
explain to them, and they understood this completely.
00:42:05.309 --> 00:42:07.510
They've been doing the game long enough with
00:42:07.510 --> 00:42:09.170
paranormal investigations. I've been here 21
00:42:09.170 --> 00:42:11.190
years. I might have written two books about it,
00:42:11.190 --> 00:42:13.880
and I might have another two thirds of a book
00:42:13.880 --> 00:42:17.340
or half a book ready to write of things that
00:42:17.340 --> 00:42:20.869
have happened. But that's over 21 years. So there
00:42:20.869 --> 00:42:22.690
are a lot of days where things don't happen.
00:42:23.389 --> 00:42:25.690
However, there were a couple of instances while
00:42:25.690 --> 00:42:29.230
they were here. We went out. I took them to the
00:42:29.230 --> 00:42:32.090
best kebab house in Sheffield while they were
00:42:32.090 --> 00:42:34.630
here. So we went out for an hour, we left the
00:42:34.630 --> 00:42:36.489
cameras rolling in the house, and they had six
00:42:36.489 --> 00:42:39.260
cameras rolling in the house. And the footage
00:42:39.260 --> 00:42:41.380
that they captured while we were out, there were
00:42:41.380 --> 00:42:46.400
a lot of tapping noises and knocking noises that
00:42:46.980 --> 00:42:49.460
really strangely weren't there for the rest of
00:42:49.460 --> 00:42:52.400
the day while we were in the house. Now these
00:42:52.400 --> 00:42:55.340
could be from a logical standpoint, from a skeptical
00:42:55.340 --> 00:42:58.739
minded person, these could be the house settling
00:42:58.739 --> 00:43:03.260
down noises. But if they are, why weren't they
00:43:03.260 --> 00:43:05.739
there during the rest of the day while we're
00:43:05.739 --> 00:43:08.960
filming for another 24 hours is a strange thing.
00:43:09.780 --> 00:43:12.400
But one thing that really caught my eye, and
00:43:12.400 --> 00:43:13.860
I still don't know where I stand on this, if
00:43:13.860 --> 00:43:16.440
you haven't seen it, go and have a look for it.
00:43:16.699 --> 00:43:19.139
So Paul messaged me about, it was about two weeks
00:43:19.139 --> 00:43:22.119
into the edit, and said, I think I've just found
00:43:22.119 --> 00:43:23.860
something. It might be the best thing we've ever
00:43:23.860 --> 00:43:27.650
captured. And I said, go on then. So he sent
00:43:27.650 --> 00:43:29.449
me the clip, and he just sent me a little clip.
00:43:29.760 --> 00:43:31.619
But he said, just fast forward on the timeline
00:43:31.619 --> 00:43:36.449
at the bottom, you'll see 5121. Have a look at
00:43:36.449 --> 00:43:38.250
it and tell me what you see. And that's all he
00:43:38.250 --> 00:43:41.269
said to me. And I watched the footage and went,
00:43:41.329 --> 00:43:45.050
what the bloody hell is that? It looked like
00:43:45.050 --> 00:43:47.590
a lady stood at the window. Not at the bay window,
00:43:47.590 --> 00:43:50.510
by the way. That was at the window in this office
00:43:50.510 --> 00:43:55.250
right next to me where I'm sat right now. If
00:43:55.250 --> 00:43:57.829
you look at the footage, it really does look
00:43:57.829 --> 00:44:01.730
like a lady stood at the window. We even had
00:44:01.730 --> 00:44:05.289
we ended up having a debate the three of us me
00:44:05.289 --> 00:44:08.230
Mark and Paul from ghosts on Trent got on a podcast
00:44:08.230 --> 00:44:10.949
a bit like this and had a debate on YouTube live
00:44:10.949 --> 00:44:14.110
about it and We ended up at the decision that
00:44:14.110 --> 00:44:18.679
Paul said it was pareidolia Mark said he thinks
00:44:18.679 --> 00:44:22.440
it was a lady at the window and I said I don't
00:44:22.440 --> 00:44:25.219
know I'd like you to bring the camera back put
00:44:25.219 --> 00:44:28.199
it in the same position same camera same lighting
00:44:28.199 --> 00:44:30.969
same It was raining that night so I've put some
00:44:30.969 --> 00:44:32.550
water on the window of wait till it's a rainy
00:44:32.550 --> 00:44:35.750
night and let's see what we can see. Now I have
00:44:35.750 --> 00:44:37.449
tried to film it myself. I've actually bought
00:44:37.449 --> 00:44:40.050
a camera off Ghost on Trent, what they used that
00:44:40.050 --> 00:44:42.789
day and I've tried to film it myself. In fact
00:44:42.789 --> 00:44:44.170
I don't know if it was the camera they used that
00:44:44.170 --> 00:44:46.010
day because they borrowed some cameras as well.
00:44:46.780 --> 00:44:48.719
But I've tried to film it from the same position
00:44:48.719 --> 00:44:52.940
and I can't see the same thing. All I see is
00:44:52.940 --> 00:44:55.880
a reflection of a wardrobe which is sat next
00:44:55.880 --> 00:44:58.619
to me right now. I don't see this figure of a
00:44:58.619 --> 00:45:01.440
lady. stood there but yeah if you haven't seen
00:45:01.440 --> 00:45:03.320
that check it out and if you want to borrow the
00:45:03.320 --> 00:45:05.480
footage for this I can certainly send it across
00:45:05.480 --> 00:45:07.980
to you so you can have a look at that. One strange
00:45:07.980 --> 00:45:11.860
thing from that I messaged my dad and said have
00:45:11.860 --> 00:45:14.579
a look at this what do you make of this and within
00:45:14.579 --> 00:45:17.500
a minute he sent me a picture back of my mom
00:45:17.500 --> 00:45:21.550
on her wedding day and I put the two pictures
00:45:21.550 --> 00:45:25.420
side by side and I couldn't unsee it so I'll
00:45:25.420 --> 00:45:26.980
send you that as well and you have a look at
00:45:26.980 --> 00:45:29.159
it and that's what Mark was saying I think it's
00:45:29.159 --> 00:45:30.909
your mom I think your mom's turned up at the
00:45:30.909 --> 00:45:36.309
window. But it certainly, it uncannily looks
00:45:36.309 --> 00:45:38.690
like the silhouette of my mom on her wedding
00:45:38.690 --> 00:45:41.460
day holding some flowers right in front of her,
00:45:41.460 --> 00:45:44.059
very strange. It's not how I would have, it wouldn't
00:45:44.059 --> 00:45:46.280
have sort of resonated with me because I wouldn't
00:45:46.280 --> 00:45:48.099
remember my mom from her wedding day because
00:45:48.099 --> 00:45:52.019
I wasn't alive. So it's not the sort of memory
00:45:52.019 --> 00:45:55.489
I have of her. And it'd be lovely to think it
00:45:55.489 --> 00:45:59.449
was. I'm not saying it was, but it'd be lovely
00:45:59.449 --> 00:46:07.710
to think it was. 100%. Wow. So I have to follow
00:46:07.710 --> 00:46:13.769
that now. So the books have become hugely successful.
00:46:14.570 --> 00:46:16.929
And like you mentioned, raise a load of money
00:46:16.929 --> 00:46:21.750
for charity. Did you imagine that anything sort
00:46:21.750 --> 00:46:24.949
of quite frightening and personal would turn
00:46:24.949 --> 00:46:28.369
into something quite so positive? Oh, crikey,
00:46:28.510 --> 00:46:32.849
no, no, but I do. Genuinely every day. I look
00:46:32.849 --> 00:46:36.809
at, I've got a, I'm a bit of a data geek. Every
00:46:36.809 --> 00:46:39.349
day I look at how many books have sold, both
00:46:39.349 --> 00:46:41.610
the second book for me and my family, but also
00:46:41.610 --> 00:46:43.690
the first book for the charity. And it's nice
00:46:43.690 --> 00:46:46.289
to see that every day it's like, wow, that's
00:46:46.289 --> 00:46:48.409
how much it's raised for the charity today. It's
00:46:48.409 --> 00:46:51.710
fantastic feeling to have that. Literally every
00:46:51.710 --> 00:46:53.449
day you can look at it and say, wow, it's very
00:46:53.449 --> 00:46:55.130
excellent, more excellent, more. So it's just
00:46:55.130 --> 00:46:58.210
gonna keep going up and up and up. And it always
00:46:58.210 --> 00:47:00.409
will be the first book and the audio book from
00:47:00.409 --> 00:47:02.170
the first one will always be for the charity.
00:47:03.099 --> 00:47:05.880
Um, and it still does, it's still doing about
00:47:05.880 --> 00:47:08.960
700 to a thousand pounds a month. It's amazing
00:47:08.960 --> 00:47:11.059
profit, which is just fantastic. It's really
00:47:11.059 --> 00:47:16.360
good. That is amazing. Wow. Yeah. Great tribute
00:47:16.360 --> 00:47:19.300
to your mom as well. It's a, yeah, it's nice.
00:47:19.360 --> 00:47:22.969
It's nice. It's a nice thing to have that. So
00:47:22.969 --> 00:47:26.719
you've very recently made an announcement about.
00:47:27.320 --> 00:47:28.980
Something you've been working on for a while.
00:47:29.019 --> 00:47:31.320
Do you want to talk to us about that? Yeah. Yeah,
00:47:31.320 --> 00:47:34.480
I can talk to you about that. Yeah. So, um, I,
00:47:34.760 --> 00:47:36.780
this all came about, I went to Cornwall last
00:47:36.780 --> 00:47:40.099
year with my wife and while we were there, um,
00:47:40.159 --> 00:47:43.960
I saw a leaflet for bottom in jail. And I thought,
00:47:44.000 --> 00:47:46.539
Ooh, seeing this place on loads of TV programs
00:47:46.539 --> 00:47:49.159
through the years, like paranormal TV programs.
00:47:49.280 --> 00:47:51.739
I'd love to go there. So I picked up leaflets
00:47:51.739 --> 00:47:53.440
while we're here. Do you mind if we go there
00:47:53.440 --> 00:47:57.219
for the day? And we had a great day there, a
00:47:57.219 --> 00:47:59.829
lovely day out of Bodmin Jail. But while we were
00:47:59.829 --> 00:48:02.269
at Bodmin Jail, do you know when you see these
00:48:02.269 --> 00:48:04.170
sort of racks full of little brochures when you're
00:48:04.170 --> 00:48:06.809
on holiday? I picked up another one to Jamaica
00:48:06.809 --> 00:48:09.510
Inn and went, ooh, I'd like to go there as well.
00:48:09.510 --> 00:48:12.010
That'd be a great place to go to. So on the way
00:48:12.010 --> 00:48:14.269
back from Bodmin Jail, we dropped into Jamaica
00:48:14.269 --> 00:48:16.789
Inn and we went for something to eat. No paranormal
00:48:16.789 --> 00:48:18.469
investigations or anything, but I walked around
00:48:18.469 --> 00:48:21.550
the museum, had something to eat. And then after
00:48:21.550 --> 00:48:23.489
we'd had something to eat, we got back to our
00:48:23.489 --> 00:48:25.849
place we were staying, which was lovely. And
00:48:25.849 --> 00:48:28.630
I sat down on Google. I was trying to find, I
00:48:28.630 --> 00:48:30.750
wonder if, there must be more places like this
00:48:30.750 --> 00:48:33.230
in Cornwall. But I was Googling it and I couldn't
00:48:33.230 --> 00:48:39.440
really find what I was looking for. So at that
00:48:39.440 --> 00:48:41.639
point, the cogs were going in my head thinking,
00:48:41.880 --> 00:48:45.079
why has somebody not built a one -stop shop where
00:48:45.079 --> 00:48:48.349
all event organizers are in? So think like, think
00:48:48.349 --> 00:48:52.469
like Sky Scanner. haunted events, haunted experiences.
00:48:53.510 --> 00:48:59.409
So I built it. I did a thing and started building
00:48:59.409 --> 00:49:03.050
it. So I started about six months ago, and it's
00:49:03.309 --> 00:49:05.690
now live. It's there. So you can go on hauntseek
00:49:05.690 --> 00:49:08.989
.co .uk. You can search for events from all different
00:49:08.989 --> 00:49:11.630
range of organizers out there. You can book your
00:49:11.630 --> 00:49:13.389
events. You book actually direct through them,
00:49:13.730 --> 00:49:16.309
but it just tells you all the information, pricing,
00:49:16.510 --> 00:49:18.150
and when they are, that sort of stuff. You can
00:49:18.150 --> 00:49:21.429
search for closest home. dates, that sort of
00:49:21.429 --> 00:49:24.110
stuff. On the flip side of it, there's something
00:49:24.110 --> 00:49:29.099
called My Haunt Seek, which is your own little
00:49:29.099 --> 00:49:30.940
paranormal passport, which gives you a little
00:49:30.940 --> 00:49:33.099
stamp for every investigation you've been on.
00:49:33.440 --> 00:49:35.639
And you can build up through tiers on that. But
00:49:35.639 --> 00:49:38.199
also, if you're an investigator and you like
00:49:38.199 --> 00:49:40.199
your paranormal investigations, you can put notes
00:49:40.199 --> 00:49:44.139
in there. You can put EVPs, videos, photos, and
00:49:44.139 --> 00:49:46.340
just store everything against that investigation.
00:49:47.679 --> 00:49:50.579
Because if you're like me, and you do like doing
00:49:50.579 --> 00:49:52.980
stuff like that you've run out of storage pretty
00:49:52.980 --> 00:49:56.730
quick so i just wanted to build somewhere that
00:49:56.730 --> 00:49:58.530
somebody can have their own little private space
00:49:58.530 --> 00:50:01.489
where they can keep all that sort of stuff so
00:50:01.489 --> 00:50:03.889
yeah that's my new little thing that's brand
00:50:03.889 --> 00:50:06.570
brand new off the shelf and you guys have been
00:50:06.570 --> 00:50:09.420
building websites as well haven't you yeah it's
00:50:09.420 --> 00:50:14.199
not about us it's about you though and we've
00:50:14.199 --> 00:50:19.320
had a look at the website and it looks really
00:50:19.320 --> 00:50:24.710
slick it's really nice Um, and thank you guys.
00:50:26.170 --> 00:50:29.469
It's great because it's funny to say that as
00:50:29.469 --> 00:50:31.269
soon as you mentioned that, I thought to myself,
00:50:31.369 --> 00:50:34.840
there isn't really anywhere that unless you know
00:50:34.840 --> 00:50:38.119
the individual places, there's not really anywhere
00:50:38.119 --> 00:50:41.300
that you can go to go what's going on. I mean,
00:50:41.300 --> 00:50:43.739
sometimes I try on Facebook. If we're at a loose
00:50:43.739 --> 00:50:47.889
end, we'll go, where can we go? What's on today?
00:50:48.389 --> 00:50:50.570
But there's no, it's really fucking difficult
00:50:50.570 --> 00:50:53.949
to find. I'm not going to lie. I'm just going
00:50:53.949 --> 00:50:56.090
we'll just go Delamere or something like that
00:50:56.090 --> 00:50:59.449
instead Yes, well this hopefully will give you
00:50:59.449 --> 00:51:02.289
literally at the minute I think there's about
00:51:02.289 --> 00:51:05.929
900 events on there currently But I'm also trying
00:51:05.929 --> 00:51:07.869
to get more operators into there's any operators
00:51:07.869 --> 00:51:10.289
watching this that want to get their events on
00:51:10.289 --> 00:51:12.949
there Just give me a shout drop me an email or
00:51:12.949 --> 00:51:15.150
give me a shout on Facebook or anything like
00:51:15.150 --> 00:51:18.289
that And if there's any youtubers out there,
00:51:18.289 --> 00:51:20.329
we're talking about this earlier just off camera
00:51:20.400 --> 00:51:22.119
Um, is there any YouTubers out there? There's
00:51:22.119 --> 00:51:24.519
actually a section on there where you can put
00:51:24.519 --> 00:51:28.179
your YouTube channel on. Um, and it gives you
00:51:28.179 --> 00:51:30.099
a little, there's a little random button. So
00:51:30.099 --> 00:51:32.059
if you want to find your new favorite paranormal
00:51:32.059 --> 00:51:34.219
YouTubers, you click the random button, it will
00:51:34.219 --> 00:51:36.179
just select you somebody and you get watching
00:51:36.179 --> 00:51:40.440
and away you go. That's really cool. It's a spinning
00:51:40.440 --> 00:51:43.039
plan shirt. Yeah. It will just share the love
00:51:43.039 --> 00:51:44.719
a little bit in the paranormal community. I think
00:51:44.719 --> 00:51:48.420
that'd be nice. It needs it sometimes. Definitely.
00:51:48.900 --> 00:51:51.219
And it's not just like Ghost Hunt Sea where there's
00:51:51.219 --> 00:51:54.559
like, there's Ghost Tour, Psychic Nights, Scare
00:51:54.559 --> 00:51:57.320
Fest, always coming up to the peak payers for
00:51:57.320 --> 00:52:00.300
Scare Fest and stuff, and theatre shows. I've
00:52:00.300 --> 00:52:02.380
literally just been searching now, and the first
00:52:02.380 --> 00:52:03.519
thing that comes up when I look at the theatre
00:52:03.519 --> 00:52:06.619
shows is the Lady in the Bay window live theatre
00:52:06.619 --> 00:52:10.659
show. Is that a sponsored link or something,
00:52:10.679 --> 00:52:14.719
is it? Don't know how that got there. but yeah
00:52:14.719 --> 00:52:16.579
we've got another four theatre shows coming up
00:52:16.579 --> 00:52:19.340
later in the year but to be fair two of the we've
00:52:19.340 --> 00:52:22.840
sold out eight of the ten um we've done six of
00:52:22.840 --> 00:52:24.980
them so far and there's another four to go but
00:52:24.980 --> 00:52:27.519
two of them are sold out so if anybody does want
00:52:27.519 --> 00:52:30.739
tickets uh you can go to halifax or nottingham
00:52:30.739 --> 00:52:34.739
nottingham's on halloween so if you want a cool
00:52:34.739 --> 00:52:37.360
night fancy dress i'll be wearing fancy dress
00:52:37.360 --> 00:52:39.440
i've been bullied into it already in fact last
00:52:39.440 --> 00:52:42.159
time you saw me i was dressed as batman so and
00:52:42.159 --> 00:52:45.469
your dad was robin It was, it was, yeah. That
00:52:45.469 --> 00:52:49.530
was just like, behold, that was. It was, yeah.
00:52:50.289 --> 00:52:53.070
It was a very poor night. So yeah, that should
00:52:53.070 --> 00:52:54.449
be a really good night. I'm looking forward to
00:52:54.449 --> 00:52:55.829
that on Halloween. I think it'd be a really good
00:52:55.829 --> 00:52:57.909
night. But the cast for the theatre show, there's
00:52:57.909 --> 00:53:00.750
20 of them, are phenomenal. They put on a really
00:53:00.750 --> 00:53:03.690
good show and tell the story of my house, which
00:53:03.690 --> 00:53:07.250
is just crazy that it got to that stage. And
00:53:07.250 --> 00:53:10.909
I've just signed a film deal as well, very recently.
00:53:12.719 --> 00:53:16.489
mega mega news so it's all a bit go at the minute
00:53:16.489 --> 00:53:21.690
um but yeah i love it like keeping busy how do
00:53:21.690 --> 00:53:28.530
you do you work full time as well so yeah it's
00:53:28.530 --> 00:53:31.489
i'll tell you who is we're speaking to somebody
00:53:31.489 --> 00:53:33.909
the other night on a podcast and we said once
00:53:33.909 --> 00:53:38.989
the paranormal gets you i know it's a bug in
00:53:38.989 --> 00:53:42.769
it as soon as it consumes it consumes everything
00:53:43.519 --> 00:53:46.559
It was like, my wife actually said to me when
00:53:46.559 --> 00:53:48.679
I started on the website, she looked at me and
00:53:48.679 --> 00:53:54.880
said, is this going to be like the books? Maybe,
00:53:55.300 --> 00:53:58.400
maybe it will, but I just like to be busy. I
00:53:58.400 --> 00:54:00.960
do work hard at my day job during the day, but
00:54:00.960 --> 00:54:03.619
then when that's finished, I've got my son to
00:54:03.619 --> 00:54:06.519
look after, I've got my wife here, family, friends,
00:54:06.619 --> 00:54:08.679
that sort of stuff. But then if I'm not doing
00:54:08.679 --> 00:54:11.679
anything, might as well do something productive.
00:54:12.030 --> 00:54:18.820
or something that I enjoy. 100%, 100%. So, putting
00:54:19.880 --> 00:54:24.460
aside all the books, the investigations that
00:54:24.460 --> 00:54:26.300
have taken place, their mediums and everything,
00:54:26.500 --> 00:54:29.019
anybody else has told you about the house. What
00:54:29.019 --> 00:54:35.460
do you think is going on there? I know there's
00:54:35.460 --> 00:54:37.800
something going on. I can't tell you what it
00:54:37.800 --> 00:54:41.440
is, Greg. There's something not... That's why
00:54:41.440 --> 00:54:43.840
they say it's paranormal. There's something paranormal
00:54:43.840 --> 00:54:46.210
about this place, not normal. whatever you want
00:54:46.210 --> 00:54:51.880
to call it, out of the ordinary. But there's
00:54:51.880 --> 00:54:53.920
definitely something going on here. I would love
00:54:53.920 --> 00:54:56.530
somebody to be able to give me a definitive,
00:54:56.530 --> 00:54:59.699
this is what's happening. Here's another first
00:54:59.699 --> 00:55:02.039
for you. I've got a medium called Linda Shepherd,
00:55:03.550 --> 00:55:05.349
who's a very well -renowned medium coming to
00:55:05.349 --> 00:55:07.449
the house. And she's coming around because we
00:55:07.449 --> 00:55:09.610
went to a medium night and she absolutely blew.
00:55:10.099 --> 00:55:12.539
blew my mind with some of the stuff. I've met
00:55:12.539 --> 00:55:14.380
a lot of mediums through the last couple of years
00:55:14.380 --> 00:55:15.739
through the stuff I've been doing. I've had two
00:55:15.739 --> 00:55:19.760
mediums in the house before. But Linda, when
00:55:19.760 --> 00:55:23.360
I was speaking to her, absolutely just, she had
00:55:23.360 --> 00:55:24.980
me in floods of tears with some of the stuff
00:55:24.980 --> 00:55:27.840
she came out with, with names and dates, and
00:55:28.739 --> 00:55:33.139
she didn't know me, and didn't know me dad. It
00:55:33.139 --> 00:55:36.820
was all very, either she's like Derren Brown,
00:55:37.199 --> 00:55:39.639
or she's got some sort of ability, is what I'll
00:55:39.639 --> 00:55:42.059
say to you. So she's coming to the house. I'm
00:55:42.059 --> 00:55:44.659
going to interview her on the podcast as well.
00:55:45.300 --> 00:55:49.960
We'll see how we get on with that. Amazing. Amazing.
00:55:50.400 --> 00:55:53.280
Nice. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know about
00:55:53.280 --> 00:55:55.739
what's here or not, but there's definitely something
00:55:55.739 --> 00:55:58.619
going on here. Unless somebody's playing an elaborate
00:55:58.619 --> 00:56:01.320
21 year prank on me. That's got everybody in
00:56:01.320 --> 00:56:05.119
a bit like, what's the, what's the film with?
00:56:06.179 --> 00:56:08.420
Oh God, I can't remember what the film's called.
00:56:09.480 --> 00:56:11.840
Where he's living a life for all his life, you
00:56:11.840 --> 00:56:14.500
guys all know. Our Truman Show. Truman Show,
00:56:14.679 --> 00:56:16.699
that's the one I was looking for, yeah. Unless
00:56:16.699 --> 00:56:18.320
I'm living in the Truman Show and it's all just
00:56:18.320 --> 00:56:21.820
a big lie, then yeah, there's something going
00:56:21.820 --> 00:56:25.550
on. I'm glad you knew that because I was scratching
00:56:25.550 --> 00:56:30.530
a blank then. Great film actually. It's a good
00:56:30.530 --> 00:56:33.510
film actually. And it seems to be even more relevant
00:56:33.510 --> 00:56:39.690
nowadays to be fair. Yeah, plenty much so. So
00:56:39.690 --> 00:56:41.489
where can our listeners and our viewers find
00:56:41.489 --> 00:56:46.969
your book your podcast haunt see I give us Yeah,
00:56:47.190 --> 00:56:49.550
the books books you messed up going on Amazon
00:56:49.550 --> 00:56:52.190
or if you want the signed copy you can go on
00:56:52.190 --> 00:56:54.909
the lady in the day window calm and get in touch
00:56:54.909 --> 00:56:56.829
with me and I can sort you those out for if you
00:56:56.829 --> 00:56:59.610
want presents or anything like that and I hear
00:56:59.610 --> 00:57:01.250
that they make really good Christmas presents
00:57:01.280 --> 00:57:04.019
and So yeah, if you want to do that, that's fine.
00:57:04.079 --> 00:57:08.019
Audio books are both on audible The podcast is
00:57:08.019 --> 00:57:09.659
called Beyond the Bay Window. We only started
00:57:09.659 --> 00:57:11.340
that about four or five months ago, but that
00:57:11.340 --> 00:57:14.280
seems to be going okay. We're learning on the
00:57:14.280 --> 00:57:15.659
job. We're not like you guys, not been doing
00:57:15.659 --> 00:57:17.559
it a long time, so we're learning on the job.
00:57:18.699 --> 00:57:20.139
But it seems to be going okay. That's called
00:57:20.139 --> 00:57:22.199
Beyond the Bay Window on YouTube and Spotify.
00:57:23.199 --> 00:57:24.820
But it is a visual one, so if you want that,
00:57:24.900 --> 00:57:28.900
go on YouTube. TfAs, ladyinthebaywindow .com.
00:57:29.099 --> 00:57:31.579
You can get tickets on there. There's only Nottingham
00:57:31.579 --> 00:57:34.719
on the 31st of October and Halifax on the 6th
00:57:34.719 --> 00:57:37.719
of October. And the film side of things, keep
00:57:37.719 --> 00:57:40.679
an eye out on the Facebook page, which is the
00:57:40.679 --> 00:57:44.699
Lady in the Bow window, William Seagrave, because
00:57:44.699 --> 00:57:46.500
they're in the development stage at the minute,
00:57:46.619 --> 00:57:49.579
which means the writing script and looking at
00:57:49.579 --> 00:57:51.820
potentially who to cast for it and stuff. But
00:57:51.820 --> 00:57:55.809
it's going to be a found footage film. So, yeah.
00:57:56.309 --> 00:57:57.530
Oh, and if you want to check that new website
00:57:57.530 --> 00:58:00.329
out, it's hauntseek .co .uk. That's enough plugging
00:58:00.329 --> 00:58:05.250
from me. That's everything. We'll pull the links
00:58:05.250 --> 00:58:08.289
in the notes anyway. Sorry Greg, sorry. There's
00:58:08.289 --> 00:58:10.010
that many things going on at the minute. I forget
00:58:10.010 --> 00:58:13.480
myself. No, it's all good. But I'd just like
00:58:13.480 --> 00:58:15.039
to say it's been an absolute pleasure. It was
00:58:15.039 --> 00:58:17.539
great to see you at Spook and Spirit talking.
00:58:18.239 --> 00:58:21.719
Great to meet you guys. It was a very popular
00:58:21.719 --> 00:58:25.840
store that you had. Your dad's karaoke was amazing.
00:58:26.360 --> 00:58:28.239
Oh, it was fantastic, wasn't it? Even better
00:58:28.239 --> 00:58:36.360
dressed as Robin. You was throwing the old the
00:58:36.360 --> 00:58:38.659
the words out on the microphone as well dressed
00:58:38.659 --> 00:58:43.199
as well So we had a dynamic duo that night Um,
00:58:43.199 --> 00:58:45.039
yeah, it's been an absolute pleasure. We'll definitely
00:58:45.039 --> 00:58:48.039
have to do it again And thanks for coming on
00:58:48.070 --> 00:58:50.409
Thank you guys Thank you
